Prior to joining the firm more than a decade ago, Denise Kim served as a prosecutor in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. She has maintained a formidable record of success in both civil and criminal matters. Her complex commercial litigation experience in energy, finance, insurance and construction cases includes products and premises liability, toxic torts, breach of contract and legal malpractice, as well as trade secrets and disputes involving the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
