John H. Kim Earns 2026 Litigation Star Honors from Benchmark Litigation

Prestigious legal guide recognizes The Kim Law Firm founder for a 13th consecutive year

The Kim Law Firm’s founding partner John H. Kim continues his streak of earning repeat accolades from the legal industry’s elite guides and publications. He has been selected once again as a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation, considered the definitive guide to the world’s leading litigation firms and lawyers. This is the 13th consecutive year Mr. Kim has been singled out for excellence in commercial litigation, product liability, and recall cases by the nationally recognized publication.

Mr. Kim has collected several other repeat honors and awards this year from The Best Lawyers in America, Lawdragon, and Texas Super Lawyers, which recognized him among the Top 100 lawyers in the Houston metro area as well as in the state of Texas. He also maintains AV-Preeminent status in the LexisNexis/Martindale-Hubbell national legal directory, which is the highest achievable peer review rating.

Among his other past accolades, he was named Trial Lawyer of the Year for 2018 by the Texas Chapter of The American Board of Trial Advocates (Tex-ABOTA), appointed to the Texas Supreme Court Advisory Committee in 2021, and elected national president of the ABOTA Foundation in 2022.
