Timothy A. Rothberg’s trial practice focuses on complex commercial, oil & gas, construction, intellectual property and personal injury litigation. He also provides legal and business advice to individuals and businesses.

Mr. Rothberg, Of Counsel to The Kim Law Firm, was selected to the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2013 and 2014 and has been elected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He was recognized by Texas Lawyer as being a top litigator as a result of the jury verdict he obtained on behalf of a client in a deceptive trade practices and fraud case. In 2014, he was named as one of Houston’s Top Lawyers by H-Texas Magazine.

He has extensive experience in providing his clients both courtroom and business solutions.  He is licensed in Texas and Louisiana state and federal courts. He received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. His undergraduate degree is from Houston Baptist University.
